We live in Raleigh, North Carolina and are trying to live as sustainably as possible in an urban, apartment complex. As you can see, we can be quite silly at times, but we take environmental issues, among others, quite seriously. Kevin is a graduate student at NC State, and Elizabeth is a public school teacher in Durham. One day, we hope to run our own restaurant co-op, where cooks learn from other cooks, all the food is grown out back, and local artists have space to create and display their work. But until then, this is our attempt at recording our sustainability efforts, artwork, and other projects. Enjoy!
